• Payment must be received before the file will be sent.

• The horse must be registered and active on Equus-Sims

• Apart from mane/tail style and accessories, horses are not to be edited in any way.

• You may choose the horse's discipline when they hasn't a discipline though

• If there's a discipline given, we strongly recommend this discipline

• It's not allowed to change or remove the prefix BRW. or to add your own

• Horses are not to be put up for mass download

• You MAY NOT use the horse as a template for any others. This includes using it for conformation or coats.

• If you wish to sell the horse at some point, we'd appreciate it if you let us know in case we may be interested in buying it back.

• We reserves the right to refuse the sale of any horse to anyone if we lack confidence that the buyer will follow our rules.

• You have two weeks from the time you receive the horse to register them, and either debut the horse in your scrapbook or set up a profile for them on your site. 

• If after two weeks there has been no news of them and you haven't announced a hiatus, we will contact you.

• If no progress is made within the next two weeks,  the horse will be reclaimed and resold. 

 

A copy of the horse will be kept in a backup file in case of accidental loss.
